Gruffalo update 08/06

So here is the progress after two days:

As you can see I've finished the title and started the Gruffalo's face.

Progress is limited at the moment because I've had to order a few threads for this. They should arrive in the next few days so I will update again once I have them and can really get on with it :)

I may dig out some other WIPs while I'm waiting. Watch this space!

Gruffalo WIP

This is my current project. I'm doing it for my mum's birthday! She loves the book so I knew I had to make this for her.

Here is what it will look like finished:

I'm really excited about this project. I love the colours and I think book covers are a wonderful design idea.

I made a small start on the title last night:
